Here’s to new beginnings!
Updated: Mar 25, 2021
It has been a year since I taught a yoga class. Thursday night prenatal yoga class had become a welcome part of my week; a quiet sanctuary in the midst of a busy schedule. But just like so many things in 2020, my classes were put on hold when quarantine began in March. Here we are one year later, and I realize this “new normal” is lasting much longer than most of us anticipated!
Though there is the hope of in-person classes, I’m stepping out of my own comfort zone and adding the wonderful world of online yoga classes to my repertoire. This is a step I am willing to take though, because I want to meet you where you are. I’ve heard from far too many mamas that they are feeling unsupported and alone during these times. Postpartum was challenging enough for me; I can’t imagine what all you pandemic parents are going through! So let’s step in into this so-called new normal together. I am here ready to educate and empower you in your motherhood journey. But first, I want to listen. Please comment below or email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) and tell me your story. What is something you have missed doing in this last year? What do you most need in your motherhood journey these days?
From hosting events to help moms make friends (mommy-friend speed dating anyone?!) to teaching childbirth classes and planning mom and baby get-togethers, I’ve done it all and would love to get you connected! So whether you are looking to de-stress, or strengthen your body, make new friends or just connect with another mom who understands what you’re going through, you have come to the right place! Here’s to new beginnings for us both.
sending coffee & sunshine your way,
